As the leader of our control electronics team, you’ll take ownership of the entire lifecycle of advanced electronic systems — from initial concept through design, development, and deployment. This role blends technical expertise with leadership, requiring you to innovate, mentor, and collaborate across disciplines to ensure our centrifuge technology meets the highest standards of reliability and performance. Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of control electronics systems, from concept through deployment.
- Design and validate electronic circuits using tools such as PSPICE and MATLAB.
- Create comprehensive design packages and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Run simulations and troubleshoot systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Mentor and guide engineering teams, fostering technical growth and collaboration.
- Conduct system walk-downs to identify and resolve technical issues in real time.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing cost, schedule, and technical performance.
- Collaborate across disciplines to integrate electronics with mechanical and software systems.
